📍 Tour Services

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour start time are fully refundable. No refunds are available for cancellations made within 48 hours.

🏨 Hotel Bookings

Hotel stays can be cancelled up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations after that follow the hotel's specific policy.

☁️ Weather-Related Cancellations

If a program is cancelled due to weather (e.g., hot air balloons, boat tours), we will provide a full refund with no deductions.
